Acceptable Use Policy, Clicxsafe

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out activities that are not allowed on Clicxsafe. It applies to every user, on every plan. Breaches may result in suspension, termination, refusal of refund, and where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities. This AUP is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.

1. Lawful use only

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws of your country of residence and the country where the targeted system, person or content is located.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use the Service to:

Attack, scan, probe, penetrate or stress-test any system, network or device you do not own or do not have explicit written authorisation to test.
Distribute, host or facilitate malware, ransomware, spyware, stalkerware, key-loggers, phishing kits or scam infrastructure.
Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or commercial communications without proper consent.
Harass, threaten, defame, dox, impersonate or stalk any person.
Sexually exploit minors in any form or distribute child sexual abuse material.
Promote terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking or organised crime.
Submit content that infringes intellectual property, trade secrets or privacy rights.
Use the Service to bypass, defeat or circumvent security, fraud, age, or geographic controls of any third party.
Engage in payment fraud, friendly-fraud chargebacks, money-laundering, or use stolen / unauthorised payment instruments.

3. Platform integrity

No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated mass-querying of our APIs, threat intelligence or AI tools.
No reselling, sublicensing, white-labelling or commercial redistribution of the Service without a written commercial agreement.
No sharing of a single account between unrelated individuals; family use is allowed only via the Family Hub feature within plan limits.
No deliberate attempts to overwhelm, degrade or disrupt the Service or other users' access to it.

4. AI tools

The AI Advisor and related AI features are informational. You must not rely on AI output as legal, medical, financial or professional cybersecurity advice, and you must not feed personal data of others into the AI without their consent. We log AI interactions for safety, abuse-prevention and quality assurance purposes (see Privacy Policy).

5. Reporting abuse

Suspect a violation of this AUP, fraud, or a security incident affecting our platform? Email privacy@clicxsafe.com with as much detail as you can share. We acknowledge reports within 3 business days.

6. Enforcement

We may at our discretion warn, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this AUP, with or without prior notice depending on the severity. We cooperate with law-enforcement requests that meet legal standards in our jurisdiction.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
