Subscription Terms

We believe in transparent pricing. This page summarises exactly how a Clicxsafe subscription works, in plain language. The full legal terms are in the Terms & Conditions.

What you pay

• The price shown at checkout is the amount charged that day.
• The renewal price and renewal frequency are clearly disclosed at checkout and in this page's "Payment Terms" section before you confirm.
• Prices include applicable VAT/sales tax where required.
• No hidden fees. No setup fee, no cancellation fee.

Auto-renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• Renewal cycles include weekly, 14-day, monthly and yearly plans.
• If we change the renewal price we email you at least 14 days before the next renewal.

Trials & introductory offers

If you start with a discounted introductory period, the standard renewal price (clearly shown at checkout) applies from the next billing cycle onward. You can cancel before the cycle ends to avoid the standard charge.

How to cancel

1. Sign in and open Dashboard → Billing & Account.
2. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
3. You'll keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Statement descriptor

Charges appear on your card statement as CLICXSAFE.COM.
