Refund Policy

We want every Clicxsafe member to feel confident in their purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how we issue refunds for our recurring subscription.

1. 14-day satisfaction window

If you are not satisfied with your membership, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will refund the initial charge in full. This applies to your first subscription only.

2. Renewals

Subsequent renewal charges are not automatically refundable, because cancelling at any time prevents future charges. To avoid the next renewal, cancel from Dashboard → Billing & Account before the renewal date. We treat in-good-faith requests case by case, please contact support.

3. Duplicate or accidental payments

If you were charged twice, charged after cancellation, or charged in error, contact support@clicxsafe.com with the date and amount and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

4. Failed renewals & service interruption

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry briefly and may suspend access until payment succeeds. No refund is owed for service that was suspended due to non-payment.

5. Fraud, unauthorised use & disputes

If you believe your card was used without your permission, or you intend to dispute a charge with your bank, please contact us first at support@clicxsafe.com. In most cases we can resolve the issue faster than a chargeback. We work cooperatively with banks and card schemes on legitimate disputes.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@clicxsafe.com from the address on your account.
  2. Include the date of the charge and the last 4 digits of the card.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for the request.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence, for example, statutory withdrawal rights for EU consumers buying digital services.
