Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar privacy laws, you have a number of rights over the personal data we hold about you. This page summarises those rights and how to exercise them with Clicxsafe.
Your rights at a glance
- Access, get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification, ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"), ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention duties.
- Portability, receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Restriction, ask us to pause processing while a dispute is investigated.
- Object, object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling.
- Withdraw consent, for any consent-based processing such as marketing.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Self-service: fastest way
If you have an active account, the quickest path is the in-product privacy controls:
- Export your data (JSON download) and request account deletion from Dashboard → Billing & Account → Privacy & data controls.
- Manage marketing, analytics and functional cookies in the same screen.
- Re-open the cookie preferences banner from the footer at any time.
Submit a formal request
For requests that cannot be handled in-app, or if you do not have an account, use the form below. We respond within 30 days. We may ask for proof of identity to prevent unauthorised disclosure.
