Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar privacy laws, you have a number of rights over the personal data we hold about you. This page summarises those rights and how to exercise them with Clicxsafe.

Your rights at a glance

  • Access, get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification, ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten"), ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention duties.
  • Portability, receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Restriction, ask us to pause processing while a dispute is investigated.
  • Object, object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling.
  • Withdraw consent, for any consent-based processing such as marketing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
